The Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health provides knowledge, innovation and expertise for professionals addressing children's health.
As part of that remit, they developed PCO UK. This diagnostic support tool was based on an American product but needed to be adapted for the UK market.
We were brought in to provide technical guidance and programme management. Working with a number of partners and internal teams, we helped shape the product and business model to support the product. We then helped transition the product from a stand-alone project into operations.
PCO UK was shortlisted for the HSH Patient Safety awards and exceeded its subscriber target in its first year live.
